System Requirements
- A device with internet access
- A monitor with a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768
- An internet browser
- The LIMRA Training Site is tested in Internet Explorer and Chrome. We also support the latest versions of Safari and Firefox.
- Users can view the LIMRA Training Site in most versions of these browsers, with the possibility of minor display differences in Safari and Firefox.
Accessing the Training Site
Q: How do I access the LIMRA Training Site?
A: Open Internet Explorer and go to http://nailba.limra.com.
Q: How do I login to the LIMRA Training Site?
A: To login to the LIMRA Training Site, you must be a registered user.
If you are already registered, please follow the steps listed below.
- Click the Login Here button, found under “I am an existing user.”
- On the Login Page, enter your Username and Password in the spaces provided. Please note that your Username is your NPN and the login function is case sensitive.
- Click on the Login button.
If you are not registered, please follow the steps listed below.
- Click on the Register Here button, found under “I am a new user.”
- Follow the prompts to create a new account for yourself.
Q: I followed the steps to login to the LIMRA Training Site, but I received a message that says “You have entered an invalid Username or Password. Please try again.” What does this mean?
A: This message indicates that the login information entered does not match our list of active accounts. Please note that if you are a new hire, it may take up to one month for you to be registered. If you are registered and receive this message, it could be for several reasons:
- Your Username and/or Password were typed incorrectly. Make sure your Caps Lock is off, that you are typing each character in lowercase, and that you are not transposing any of the characters.
- You have never registered on our site before and we don't have your credentials in our database. To register, go to http://nailba.limra.com and click the Register Here button.

Q: I forgot my Username. How do I login?
A: Effective October 1, 2016, your Username has been updated to your National Producer Number (NPN). To access the LIMRA Training site, enter your NPN in the Username field. Your password has not changed.
If you do not know your NPN and would like to look it up, please visit the National Insurance Producer Registry's website.
Q: I have logged into the CFM Network previously but have forgotten my Password. How do I reset it?
A: Click on the Forgot your password? link and follow the instructions.
